Performs a variety of duties related to the preparation of loan documents for all real estate and commercial requests including but not limited to commercial property, SFR, construction, interim SBA 504, commercial loans and unsecured consumer loans using Laser Pro documentation program. Interacts directly with the relationship managers, title company, escrow, insurance agencies, outside legal counsel, customers and other Bank personnel to resolve any real estate or commercial loan issues that may arise and obtains information and/or requests any necessary items to prepare loan documentation. Performs duties related to the scanning of loan documents, monitoring and clearing ticklers. Prepares scanning sheets and audits the completion of all scanning requests. Location: Los Angeles, California Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Hybrid Eligibility: Yes
