How This Role Impacts Live Oak and its People
The Senior Loan Officer - Asset-Based Lending (ABL), will play a pivotal role in advancing the growth of Live Oak’s ABL portfolio. The position will report to the Director of the ABL Group, and is a senior-level individual contributor position with a strong focus on new business development, structuring transactions, and partnering cross-functionally to scale the ABL function. This role will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized financing solutions that leverage their assets.

The base pay range for this position is $125,000.00 - $425,000.00 per year. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidate’s salary is determined by several factors including travel, relevant work experience or skills and expertise.
