QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Branch Manager.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice in any of the following states: CA, CO, FL, HI, ID, OR, TN, TX, WA.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and internal teams.
• Assess client needs and provide expert financial advice and solutions.
• Manage loan processes, ensuring compliance and swift execution.
• Contribute to and benefit from the collective mission and success of the team.
