About the Opportunity

We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organised person to manage the team, oversee parking duties, local laws, animal management and welfare throughout the Shire.

What you need to Succeed

  • Lead, supervise and support a team of Local Laws Officers.
  • Foster an innovative, engaged, customer-focused and high performing team.
  • Shape a workplace culture underpinned by our core workplace values.
  • Contribute to the broader, strategic compliance matters across the Departments.
  • Lead by example to provide exemplary customer service and work ethics.
  • Provide relevant technical advice and manage escalated matters by managing up to leadership to provide recommendations to resolve high-profile cases.
  • Coordinate rosters and allocate tasks according to service requirements.
