Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Advanced Planning Execution Own production and material planning for assigned value streams Ensure supplier delivery performance and raw material availability Monitor and optimize inventory levels (RM, WIP, consignment stock) Secure production plan adherence and minimize premium freight Identify structural planning gaps and drive corrective actions 2. Project & System Leadership (Strategic Role) Act as key user and project lead for SAP S/4HANA (LOP / LOM modules) Lead logistics-related digital transformation projects Define target processes aligned with Bosch standards and BPS principles Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, IT, Finance) Manage project scope, timeline, risk, and milestone governance Ensure data integrity, process standardization, and sustainable system adoption 3. Continuous Improvement & Governance Drive planning process optimization through PDCA and BPS Develop KPI transparency and reporting structure Lead improvement task forces when structural issues arise Support logistics strategy and system roadmap of the plant Key Performance Indicators Supplier OTD Inventory performance (coverage / turnover) Production plan fulfillment (BTS) Premium freight reduction Successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA milestones Process standardization & data accuracy Qualifications Qualification Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field) Experience Minimum 5 years in production and material planning Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) Experience in logistics/warehouse system implementation is a strong advantage Knowledge & Skills Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Structured project management skills Strong system thinking and process design capability High ownership mindset and result orientation Ability to work under pressure and manage complexity Fluent English Profile Positioning This role is positioned as: expert in planning execution Future digital transformation driver in logistics Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (China) Co., Ltd.
