Overview: Job Title: Senior Logistician Security Clearance: Secret Location: Camp Arifjan, Kuwait (Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.) Description: C3EL is seeking a cleared and experienced professional to to join our team on-site at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait. The Senior Logistician will be responsible for the management of the flow of resources between the point of origin and the point of destination in order to meet some requirements. It involves the integration of information flow, material handling, production, packaging, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and often security. Will also support a range of commonly used VSAT SATCOM and baseband (Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), and Third Data Packages) systems. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Facilitate maintenance and warranty repairs. Manage equipment spares inventory. Oversee packaging and shipping processes (inbound and outbound). Maintain tracking and status updates for maintenance actions. Track equipment assets and warranty status. Manage equipment repair turnaround times in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the SMC for reporting. Apply knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management framework and adhere to guidance from the Designated Approval Authority (DAA). Minimum Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship. An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance. Four (4) years of experience preparing and editing DoD technical documents related to supply, purchasing, provisioning, design, and reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analysis of complex mechanical and electronic systems and equipment. A HAZMAT certification is required. Able to travel to support mission up to 10%. Must possess a valid U.S. passport. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Management, OR an Associate’s degree plus seven (7) years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.
