Linus Media Group (LMG) is looking for a Senior Logistics Associate to become an integral force behind the scenes. You’ll help make the magic happen for over 16 million subscribers on our main YouTube channel, Linus Tech Tips, and millions across our other channels.
As a Senior Logistics Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and office areas. In this senior-level role, you’ll lead initiatives to streamline inventory systems, improve warehouse operations, and support cross-functional teams. Whether you’re helping bring ideas to life, supporting teams across the company, or lending a hand where it matters most, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
As a Senior Logistics Associate, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A strong “can-do” attitude with a positive approach to solving challenges.
  • Previous experience in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Basic understanding of various ecommerce platforms (e.g. Ebay, Facebook, Craigslist, etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with current and legacy computer hardware and software.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and warehousing procedures and documentation.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and resolve issues independently.
  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners), while following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Openness to constructive criticism and a willingness to improve.
  • Any additional trade or technical skills are a plus.
Responsibilities

DUTIES:

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including damaged goods, miscounts, and misplaced items.
  • Help create, execute, and maintain a robust selling program to help clear stale inventory.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of company safety initiatives. Lead Safety Meetings and action on Worksafe BC mandatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management or ERP systems through regular audits and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with business and procurement teams to support efficient stock handling and minimize delays.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following operational protocols and reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks to keep our facilities safe and in top shape.
  • Take the initiative to implement systems that enhance efficiency, productivity, and organization.
