Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Logistics Coordinator with strong UAE experience in import/export, shipping documentation, customs clearance, government portals, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments from documentation and booking to customs clearance and final delivery.
• Prepare and verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, BL/AWB, customs declarations, exit documents, and export documentation.
• Manage MOFA/EDAS 2.0, Dubai Chamber, Ministry of Economy & Tourism, embassy/consulate attestations and related approvals.
• Handle HS Code classification/linking, duty exemptions, customs requirements, and shipment clearance.
• Manage Dubai Municipality/Montaji requirements including CPIP, CPLS, CPRE, CPFS and fragrance/product registrations.
• Process Duty Exemption for Raw Materials through MoIAT and coordinate required approvals.
• Coordinate DG approvals, DGPC/DG documentation, freight forwarders, container bookings, and shipment acceptance.
• Handle GCC documentation including Saudi SASO/SABER, Arabic COO, Shahada/Mansha and country-specific requirements.
• Manage Egypt Nafeza/CargoX/ACID documentation and USA ISF requirements.
• Coordinate documentation for exhibition, sample, temporary export and re-export shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, QC, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, government authorities and overseas agents.
• Monitor ETD/ETA, BL release, customs clearance, inspections, shipment status and delivery, ensuring timely customer updates.
• Maintain accurate ERP, shipment records, government portal records, approvals, documentation and logistics costing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and destination-country import/export requirements.
