Description
Logistics & Transportation: Coordinate local and international shipments, freight forwarding, transportation, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
Supply Chain & Procurement: Obtain and negotiate competitive freight rates, manage supplier relationships, request quotations, and identify opportunities to reduce logistics and procurement costs.
Import & Export Compliance: Ensure accurate shipping documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with local and international import/export regulations.
Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, stock movement, and space utilization, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
Customer & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Team Supervision: Supervise warehouse personnel, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records, prepare operational reports, identify process improvements, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
