ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Senior Logistics Manager, Middle East to build, lead and improve our regional logistics function within the Middle East (ME) region. This role will establish and scale a high-performance ME logistics network, ensuring we can operate quickly and reliably across the region. This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end logistics strategy, execution, and carrier management across the broader ME region. You will act as the regional owner of logistics and transportation functions, ensuring our supply chain is fast, resilient, and cost-effective in support of mission-critical programs. This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels—designing scalable logistics solutions while also driving day-to-day execution with precision. ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril’s Middle East team delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects from across Anduril’s portfolio to regional customers. The Middle East team delivers Anduril’s core products, adapting and applying the products to serve a variety of defense and commercial customers in Middle East market. As this team rapidly expands, this role requires an applicant willing to take on diverse responsibilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Regional Logistics Leadership
- Own and lead all logistics operations across the Middle East region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy.
- Partner with global logistics leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy and objectives.
- Partner with regional Operations and Business Line teams to coordinate logistics across various geographies
Carrier Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute carrier strategy across all required modes including over the road (LTL, FTL, etc.) air, ocean, and parcel.
- In partnership with global logistics leadership, source, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last-mile providers
- Drive service level performance, cost optimization, and capacity planning
Logistics Strategy & Network Design
- Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings
- Identify opportunities for network efficiency and cost reduction
- Build scalable processes to support rapid growth and program expansion
- Partner with internal compliance teams and external brokers to ensure import/export compliance
Procurement & Commercial Ownership
- Lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement efforts in collaboration with the enterprise logistics strategy and team
- Run RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance
- Own regional logistics spend and deliver against cost targets
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and track KPIs (cost, service, transit time, reliability)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network
- Implement tools and reporting to increase visibility, control and standard work
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with Middle East experience.
- Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment, with a strong focus on the Middle East region.
- Experience scaling logistics in early-stage or rapidly growing organizations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
