As the Senior Logistics Manager at HanmiGlobal Saudi, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all logistics operations related to our construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. You will ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services, while collaborating closely with project teams to address project needs and challenges. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with project goals and operational needs. Manage procurement of materials and supply chain processes to ensure timely project execution. Coordinate transportation and warehousing operations to maintain operational efficiency. Oversee inventory management, tracking, and reporting to minimize delays and reduce costs. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure proper logistics support. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities. Lead and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics best practices. Proficiency in logistics software and tools. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
