As we continue to scale, we need leaders who can navigate the complexities of e-commerce logistics, from warehousing to last-mile delivery. By joining this pipeline, you will be the first in line for critical leadership opportunities as they arise, ensuring our supply chain remains the most efficient. What you will be doing: Strategic Oversight: Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including Sorting Centers, First Mile, and Last Mile delivery networks. Operational Excellence: Drive KPIs related to delivery speed, cost-per-package, and success rates while maintaining world-class safety standards. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of managers and operators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Process Innovation: Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Commercial, IT, and Finance teams to align logistics capacity with business growth forecasts. What we are looking for: Proven Experience: 7+ years in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (E-commerce or FMCG experience is a major plus). Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable operational strategies. Logistics Expertise: Deep understanding of Sorting Hub operations, fleet management, and 3PL provider oversight. Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where agility is key Logistics Expertise: Deep understanding of Sorting Hub operations, fleet management, and 3PL provider oversight. Proficient in Google Office Suite – Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, etc. Demonstrated success in cross-functional, global project/program execution.
