About the role We are looking for a Sr. Logistics Specialist who will be part of the our team servicing Capital Procurement Cement globally. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders. In Capital Procurement Cement we handle purchasing, expediting and shipping of machinery & equipment to the Cement Industry. As a Sr. Logistics Specialist you will be an integral part of our Logistics team, who ensures the delivery of products to our customers worldwide. We co-operate closely with colleagues within Procurement as well as other internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities Preparing and coordinating shipments within timelines contractual agreed. Compiling and arranging all export documentation upon shipments. Handling inspection and/or insurance issues. Approving and closely following up on shipping costs. Consistently coordinating that all logistical matters are conducted in a timely manner. Various kind of reporting. What you bring Relevant background within international transport and export documentations. Extensive knowledge to Letter of Credit/UCP600 documentation and rules is required. Min. 3-5 years of experience from working with international clients. You should be self-motivated and have great attention to details to be successful. You are an excellent team player with strong coordination skills combined with a commercial mindset. You must be excellent in verbal and written English.
