What You'll Do

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team of 3–5 staff
• Set up team policies, efficient work arrangements, and operational standards
• Oversee inventory accuracy, dispatch schedules, and overall daily workflow
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless logistics execution
• Maintain strict time management, compliance, and safety standards across the floor

What You Bring

• 1+ years' experience managing warehouse operations
• Mandarin language skills (Required for day-to-day team communication)
• Forklift license and Bonded Warehouse experience are a strong plus (preferred, but not essential)
