Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate local and international deliveries.
• Manage freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, transport companies, and courier services.
• Plan and monitor deliveries according to project and customer requirements.
• Resolve shipment delays, damages, shortages, and complex delivery issues.
• Oversee warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and loading activities.
• Maintain and improve inventory accuracy through stock counts, audits, and variance analysis.
• Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, damaged goods, and inventory turnover.
• Ensure accurate shipping and customs documentation.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries, back orders, and logistics performance.
• Oversee quality inspections and ensure materials meet company requirements before dispatch.
• Monitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and operational compliance.
• Prepare and analyze logistics, inventory, delivery, and warehouse KPI reports.
• Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Support and improve ERP/WMS, barcode, and inventory management processes.
• Coordinate and guide junior warehouse/logistics team members where required.
