Every commission is tailored for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) who demand the very best — transforming already iconic platforms into rolling statements of legacy, individuality, and status.
We cater to UHNWIs who expect nothing less than world-class service and exceptional results. Although we are a new venture (preparing for our first flagship sales), we are poised to disrupt the luxury space with innovation, impeccable craftsmanship, and a highly personalized client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven Luxury Sales Experience: 10+ years of successful sales experience in luxury industries such as high-end real estate, private jets/yachts, fine art, luxury automotive, or couture fashion. Track record of closing high-ticket deals and exceeding sales targets. Direct UHNW or C-suite client experience is essential.
  • Charismatic Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, charismatic presence. Able to inspire confidence and build trust with sophisticated clients. Skilled in conveying the value of a premium offering through compelling storytelling.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Expert closer with outstanding negotiation skills. Adept at navigating complex sales conversations, addressing high-end client concerns with tact, and closing win-win deals.
  • High-Performance Drive: Self-motivated, results-driven, and competitive. Thrives on achieving and surpassing ambitious targets. Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.
  • Luxury Client Insight: Deep understanding of luxury consumer expectations, service, discretion, and personalization. Familiarity with luxury lifestyle trends and design language is an asset.
  • Professionalism & Integrity: Impeccable etiquette, ethics, and organizational skills. Discreet with confidential client information.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in-person in Toronto and adapt to client schedules, including evenings/weekends if required. Ability to travel locally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned, charismatic, and results-driven Sales Closer to join Abdi Design’s elite team. As our Senior Luxury Sales Closer, you will be the face of our high-performance sales culture – converting warm leads into satisfied customers and substantial sales.
You excel at cultivating relationships with discerning UHNW clients, understanding their needs, and closing six-figure deals with a consultative yet confident approach. This is an in-person role working from our luxurious Toronto showroom and attending client meetings or exclusive events as needed.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

  • Close High-Value Sales: Engage and convert warm leads of UHNW prospects into customers, closing sales ranging from ~$50K to $600K+ per transaction. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with our high-performance culture.
  • Luxury Client Consultations: Conduct personalized, high-touch consultations with clients (in our showroom or at client-preferred venues) to showcase Abdi Design’s luxury offerings. Adapt your sales presentation to each client’s tastes and priorities, delivering an elevated, bespoke buying experience.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with elite clientele. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients – understanding their lifestyle and preferences – to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ensure every client interaction reflects the utmost professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail expected in the luxury sector.
  • Pipeline & Follow-up: Diligently manage the sales pipeline of warm inquiries and referrals. Promptly follow up on leads provided through our marketing channels, events, and partnerships. Nurture prospects through detailed follow-ups, tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals efficiently.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Abdi Design at exclusive events, private showings, and industry networking opportunities. Be an ambassador of the brand’s luxury ethos, articulating our value proposition and story in a compelling way to potential clients. Collaborate with our marketing team on strategies to engage high-net-worth communities in Toronto (e.g. private clubs, luxury fairs).
  • Reporting & Strategy: Report on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to the executive team. Provide input on sales strategy, pricing, and product/service enhancements aimed at UHNW buyers. As one of the early members of our team, help shape the sales process and culture at Abdi Design, bringing a mindset of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Possess hands-on experience in lead generation — actively contributing ideas and strategies to attract qualified prospects. Work closely with the marketing campaign team to brainstorm, refine, and execute innovative ways to generate high-quality leads. Take a proactive role in shaping Abdi Design’s lead generation roadmap in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring every campaign aligns with UHNW buying behaviour.
