Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior M&E Manager to lead and oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) works across our project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of M&E project coordination and execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in M&E works within the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in M&E systems and installations.
  • Proven leadership abilities with strong organisational and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all M&E works on-site, including inspections and quality checks.
  • Coordinate M&E meetings with internal teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project planning, design reviews, material requisition, cost control, and documentation related to M&E works.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical and contractual matters.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with project specifications and technical requirements.
  • Review method statements and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in construction drawings.
  • Ensure adequate resources and workforce are available for timely project completion.
  • Assign tasks, monitor team workload, and provide effective supervision.
  • Lead, guide, and resolve issues within the team to maintain productivity and quality.Motivate, coach, and support team members to foster strong teamwork and morale.
