We are seeking a Senior ML Engineer to design, build, test and optimise the core algorithms for our face analytics platform. You'll be a technical leader, translating cutting-edge computer vision research into high-performance, production-ready code. If you excel at solving complex CV problems and are fluent in both Python and C++, we want to hear from you. What You Bring Experience: 5+ years in commercial software, with 3+ years specialising in Machine Learning or Computer Vision. Algorithmic Expertise: Deep knowledge of CV algorithms (e.g., detection, segmentation, pose estimation), ideally applied to face analytics. ML Fundamentals: Strong grasp of ML and deep learning principles. You know why models work, not just how to use them. Code Fluency: Expertise in both Python and modern C++. Production Tooling: Skilled with OpenCV, Docker, CMake and CI/CD Quality Focus: A strong believer in software rigour, including TDD. Use of tests to optimise algorithms and process.
