Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom Magento (2+) modules, themes, and complex integrations to meet B2B requirements. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in PHP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Design, develop, and implement new features across front-end (modern JS frameworks/libraries) and back-end (Java for enterprise services). Integrate Magento with third-party services and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers, ERP/WMS, punchout systems). Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for high-volume e-commerce and logistics operations. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs across the full stack. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define specs, plan projects, and deliver in an Agile environment. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments; maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in e-commerce, web development, and software architecture. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development. Expert proficiency with Magento (Magento 2 preferred): module development, theme customization, and configuration. Strong expertise in PHP and modern frameworks (e.g., Symfony, Laravel). Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Java for enterprise applications, APIs, or microservices. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular). Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL); familiarity with NoSQL. Expertise with Git and standard branching workflows. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficiency in English. Nice to Have Magento certification (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional — Magento Commerce Developer). Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Practical experience designing and building scalable microservices using Java.
