Description

Prevent maintenance l As leader, to define AM/PM standard. l To organize the schedule of maintenance, prevent maintenance and improve all equipment l To implement inspecting, installing, adjusting equipment & fixtures and to keep record l to check technician’s preventive & predictive task completion l to carry out maintenance tasks whenever possible l To arrange daily maintenance work and efficient appraisal To take charge of indicators as PM realization in process and IE/NEE to limit breakdown time Equipment improvement l to collect from technicians for the potential improvements l to organize meeting with related technicians & methods engineer to discuss modifications l to design (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic) drawings or PLC programs and get methods approval to implement & monitor the modifications Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical/ electrical or automatism Compulsory: 2-3 years in auto line maintenance Pneumatic & electrical knowledge, mechanical drawing reading & conception / PLC programming Language: advance English level +good technical English level Computer: Windows environment

Responsibilities

The Senior Maintenance Engineer will lead the definition of AM/PM standards and organize maintenance schedules to improve equipment efficiency. Responsibilities also include inspecting, installing, and adjusting equipment while ensuring technicians complete preventive and predictive tasks.
