THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Maintenance Lead to lead the team in our Epsom, Surrey (UK) office. Reporting directly to the Group Facilities Manager, the Senior Maintenance Lead will ensure the highest possible standards are adhered to maintain the site whilst managing a team of two facilities assistants.
The successful candidate will lead on all facilities and maintenance tasks, ensuring that our building and lab spaces are well maintained and fully operational. They will ensure the smooth coordination of all the Epsom office annual services, H&S compliance and passing of quality audits. This is a hands-on role, involving general repairs, garden work, painting and liaising with contractors.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, can liaise with internal and external stakeholders and be a confident communicator. They will need to manage their time and take a great pride in their work and the Epsom office.
