BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of maintenance management experience, including leadership over MMs and multi-site operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Work Availability: Availability to provide 24/7 support and flexibility to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, CRL, PMP).
  • Experience leading high-complexity operations such as robotics-based fulfillment centers.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Maintenance Manager (SMM), you will lead maintenance and facility support activities for high-complexity sites, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals. Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM), the SMM is responsible for leading Maintenance Managers (MMs) and site teams, driving safety-first practices, fostering a culture of development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
SMMs are expected to serve as strategic leaders who mentor other leaders, optimize performance, and deliver results aligned with C&W Services’ and our client’s objectives.
