REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a maintenance planning role or similar position within an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• Proficient in project management principles, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics related to mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
