Position Summary Description Review, analyze, plan and schedule work orders to be performed by Maintenance, Operations, and Contractors, including availability of spare parts. Develops and maintains all aspects of the preventive maintenance program.  Develops, plans, schedules, and monitors annual outage maintenance tasks. Manages all aspects of SCCF units Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA).     Qualifications and Education Requirements Five (5) years of experience in one or more of the following skilled crafts: mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical maintenance. A minimum of two (2) years in scheduling and planning maintenance of power generation equipment is required.  Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Associated Degree in a related electronics/electrical field preferred.  Core Competencies: Adaptable, Collaborative, Conscientious, Critical-Thinking, Outcome-Driven and Professional  Technical Competencies/Skills: * Power generation plant maintenance practices * Mechanical/instrumentation/electrical maintenance  * Scheduling and planning maintenance of power generation equipment * Power generation operations * Read and interpret mechanical/electrical/instrument control drawings/manuals/schematics * Research, evaluation and analysis  * Computerized maintenance management * Project management * Contract management * Technical knowledge/expertise * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Soft Competencies/Skills: * Effective verbal/nonverbal, listening, and written communications * Planning and problem solving * Customer orientation * Analytical approach and attention to detail * Process oriented   Essential Functions * Manages units Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) * Supervises maintenance employees from time to time as needed * Conducts detailed planning up to one (1) year.  Conducts general planning up to five (5) years * Processes, classifies and monitors work orders to equate the task with work hours required according to priority for each Shift Supervisor’s area of responsibility and ensure proper follow up to completion * Provides a safe and productive work environment for team members congruent with Seminole’s desired culture and in full support of Seminole’s purpose, core values, core competencies and organizational goals * Researches blueprints, drawings, procedures and instruction manuals for planning and scheduling activities  * Provides detailed work order scope involving technical job steps required, clearance requirements, materials requirements, and departmental interface  * Recommends technical changes, modifications and introduces the engineering when required * Works with manual and computerized programs to implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. Produces data information, tasks, job frequency and reports as needed or recommended * Writes job procedures as recommended * Modifies maintenance forms and instructions as needed. * Plans and creates a weekly schedule for all maintenance activities. Tracks schedule compliance. * Coordinates planning and scheduling with contractors, including OEM support for outages. * Recommends technical changes, modifications and interfaces with Engineering when required. * Assists with the building of budgets. * Single Point of Contact for contractors on site. * Performs other duties as applicable to the position or as assigned. * NERC Compliance: Performs NERC Compliance Program roles if/as designated in Seminole's Standard Ownership Matrix (SOM) including ongoing evidence retention in "audit-ready" form. You should also be familiar with Seminole's Enterprise Internal Compliance Program (ENT-GCD-RGC-EP-054) to further your understanding of Seminole's compliance program and your duties and responsibilities in the SOM.   Physical Requirements  Must be able to follow established protective measures to include wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).  Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.  Must be able to climb scaffold, stairs, use all types of ladders, and be able to enter vessels of any size. Must be able to climb upon equipment as needed. Must be able to work and access all locations of the plant. Must be able to lift heavy objects on occasions, up to 50 lbs.    Working Conditions Some travel and work outside of normal business hours.
