We are looking for a high-level Maintenance Technician II to join a world-class maintenance department that prioritizes preventative care over "firefighting." The Pay & Shift: Rate: $31.00 – $34.00/hr (Based on experience level) Differential: +$1.50/hr Shift Premium Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) What You’ll Be Doing: As a Senior Tech, you aren't just turning wrenches; you are ensuring process reliability through advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Multi-Craft Maintenance: Lead repairs on mechanical drive systems and complex electrical circuits. Reliability Focus: Execute a world-class preventative/predictive maintenance program. System Diagnostics: Use ohmmeters, voltmeters, and CMMS software to diagnose and track equipment health. Mentorship: Assist in training junior technicians and operators on best practices. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Strong background in both electrical (conduits, wiring, testing) and mechanical (alignments, overhauls, drive systems). Tech-Savvy: Ability to document work in a CMMS and use basic Microsoft Office.
