What We're Looking For The person who is ready for this opportunity will have the following: Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with others Excellent interviewing and communicating skills Experience assisting disadvantaged people Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams with diverse roles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis Motivated by a desire to render services to others. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Maintain reliable vehicle with required insurance that can transport tools and supplies. Possess basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and general repair skills. Possess a basic tool kit. Comfort with technology in general in order to work with Agency tools and systems, as well as building-specific controls and systems. Available for questions and to support technicians handling emergencies after hours and on weekends/holidays as needed; availability to work on-call schedule if necessary. Work Location This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region, including those south of Saco, ME and into New Hampshire.
