Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Maintain reliable vehicle with required insurance that can transport tools and supplies. Possess basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and general repair skills. Possess a basic tool kit. Comfort with technology in general in order to work with Agency tools and systems, as well as building-specific controls and systems. Available for questions and to support technicians handling emergencies after hours and on weekends/holidays as needed; availability to work on-call schedule if necessary. Work Location This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region, including those south of Saco, ME and into New Hampshire.
