• Perform advanced electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, security, and backup power systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical components, wiring, and fixtures to ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.
• Lead electrical projects and upgrades, including planning, execution, and documentation.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide maintenance and installation work.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to support integrated building system functions.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local electrical codes, as well as internal safety and operational policies.
