Description

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex building systems independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a resident-first mentality.
  • Ability to read blueprints, system schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Technically adept and able to work with work order tracking systems (e.g., BuildingLink, SmartWebs, Angus Anywhere).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience in high-rise condominiums.
  • Universal EPA Certification (required)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (preferred)
  • Fire Life Safety Certification (preferred or must obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Trade school, building maintenance program, or equivalent technical training preferred

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Work is performed in a variety of environmental conditions, with exposure to outdoor temperatures, weather variations, traffic and equipment noise, equipment vibrations, vehicle and/or chemical fumes, chemicals such as cleaning solvents and grease, machinery and their moving parts and dust.
  • Work duties require the ability to stand and walk on hard surfaces for frequent and prolonged periods of time, and regularly require lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, push/pull and related physical activities
  • Full-time position: Monday – Friday from 9 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
  • Schedule may include weekends and holidays.
