MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of related experience

WHAT WE NEED:

  • Proficient in troubleshooting control systems, from relay logic to advanced microprocessor-based controls.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. –
  • In-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to power feeders, transformers, generators, and PLCs.
  • Experience in mechanical/HVAC, electrical, or a combination of both for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve problems during regular working hours and on-call situations.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and short-notice call-ins.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and light electrical construction experience.
  • Experience with Windows XP/Windows 7 and work order systems.
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA regulations.
  • Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively under pressure.
  • Associate degree, trade school certification, or relevant training in a technical field is preferred
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of electronic and mechanical systems, including conveyors, A-Frames, printers, strappers, compressors, and other automated technologies.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues with precision and efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime for facility systems.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all phases of facility maintenance, including electrical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Be a self-starter, continuously learning about new systems and equipment to enhance your skills.
  • Lead and train fellow team members in maintenance processes and best practices. - Maintain professional relationships and effective communication with vendors and contractors.

Compensation & Shift Details: All applicants must be flexible to work short-notice call-ins. Must be able to work until the completion of tasks.

  • Weekend Shift: Friday – Monday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm. This role is budgeted for $29.37- $36.71/hr. + $2.00 Shift Differential.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm. This role is budgeted for $29.37 - $36.71/hr. + $0.50 Shift Differential
  • 3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 pm - 7:30 am. This role is budgeted for $29.37 - $36.71/hr. + $0.75 Shift Differential
