JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Senior Maintenance Technician provides support to the Property Manager and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-ins, residential satisfaction, supervising vendors and contractors, and personal attention to the resident. The Senior Maintenance Technician responds to our residents’ service needs and is instrumental in helping Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service to our residents.
