YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in Critical Incident Management within a global organisation, navigating diverse regulatory environments and cross-border coordination.
  • Expertise in conducting root cause analysis and facilitating blameless post-mortems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience gathering field intelligence and conducting stakeholder interviews to inform threat response planning.
  • Proven experience responding to nation-state threats and working with law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
  • Deep understanding of secure cloud adoption, threat modelling, and proactive risk mitigation aligned with Zero Trust principles.
  • Familiarity with APRA-aligned operational risk governance and enterprise-wide security frameworks.
  • Experience developing and executing disaster recovery plans and ensuring operational readiness for natural disasters, including business continuity and resilience testing.
  • Experience delivering large-scale resiliency programs in collaboration with engineering and field teams.
  • Ability to influence and embed security and reliability into digital transformation initiatives and build strategies.
  • Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, and Sentinel.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to shape enterprise-wide incident resilience programs.

  • Oversee operational risk and security governance in alignment with APRA controls.
  • Lead threat protection and identity management engagements, including Zero Trust-aligned security workshops.
  • Provide strategic leadership to shape enterprise-wide security and incident resilience programs.
