Location: Lincoln
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Responsibilities

THE ROLE OF THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, balance sheet, costing, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Deliver clear and insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the business teams to support performance and improve efficiency
  • Manage cashflow and cashflow forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements where required
  • VAT Return submissions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
