Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join Diraq’s finance team on a full-time, ongoing basis. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role is responsible for management accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision‑making across the business. Required Qualifications & Experience * CA/CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field * 5+ years post‑qualification experience in management accounting / FP&A / reporting roles * Strong experience across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cashflow and financial modelling * Working knowledge of IFRS (US GAAP exposure advantageous) * Advanced Excel; experience with accounting systems and/or ERP platforms * Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders Key Responsibilities * Prepare monthly management accounts, including analysis and reporting on performance * Prepare budgets and forecasts aligned to business plans, including variance analysis and commentary * Monitor operating and capital expenditure against approved budgets; support cost management initiatives * Manage cashflow forecasting and liquidity monitoring to support business operations * Support IFRS‑aligned accounting policies and procedures and maintain a strong control environment * Coordinate external audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements * Maintain and improve finance reporting, management information and system processes (ERP/MIS) * Support financing/fundraising activities through financial modelling, analysis and due diligence support * Manage day‑to‑day accounting and finance activities as required in a lean team environment
