  • Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW etc)

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the site finance team in the reporting of site performance.
  • Assist with management of site finance team and deputise for the Finance Manager as and when necessary.
  • ERP system interrogation
  • Management of all master data, including BOMs, standard costings and pricings.
  • Interrogation of site financial performance to assist decision making.
  • Daily and weekly KPI reporting.
  • Daily and weekly site variance reporting
  • Daily and weekly stock reporting and investigation/reporting of variances.
  • Assisting in the generation of monthly site management accounting, and providing commentary on variances to weeklies, budget and prior year.
  • Posting and calculation of all accruals and prepayments.
  • Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliation for review and approval by the Finance Manager.
  • Tracking capital project spend and benefits, ensuring this aligns to the approved capital proposal.
  • Assisting in the financial data gathering for the post investment appraisals for all capital projects.
