Tier 1 Services Company High impact transport projects Innovative & dynamic culture About Your Role: As the Senior Management Accountant, you will partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance and governance across our Broadmeadow site. You’ll lead a small team, provide strategic insights, and ensure accurate reporting to support decision-making at all levels. This role will be based at our Broadmeadow Facility. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and present annual budgets and forecasts. Deliver monthly financial reports, commentary, and KPI analysis. Support strategic planning and business improvement initiatives. Manage balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, and risk analysis. Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. About You: You bring a wealth of relevant experience in business finance or accounting, preferably within a rail, automotive, military, aviation, defence, avionics, or any safety-critical environment. Key Skills and Experience: 8+ years’ experience in management accounting or business finance. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in SAP, Excel (pivot tables), and reporting dashboards. Proven ability to independently organise and prioritise multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with competing priorities. Strong oral and written communication skills, including effective negotiation and influencing abilities. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at various levels, both internally and externally. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/CA/CFA qualification.
