POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Management Analyst supports CBP OPR by conducting organizational studies, management reviews, and performance assessments. This role provides executive-level recommendations for improving operations and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of Federal management analysis experience.
• Strong background in organizational change management and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and executive writing skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DHS/CBP suitability

• Perform management studies, organizational analyses, and business process reviews.
• Analyze program effectiveness and develop recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare issue papers, white papers, and reports for executive audiences.
• Support strategic planning, workforce analysis, and resource optimization.
• Provide advisory services on management, operations, and performance issues.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure quality of deliverables.
