Foxhole is seeking a qualified Senior Management Analyst. This position focuses on using relevant experience, strong problem solving, and customer service skills to assist with architecting, testing, deploying, enhancing, and sustaining development and operational activities in close coordination with the Government. Job Description Perform in a business/requirements analyst role to lead requirements analysis for application development projects Manage the creation, review, and analysis of development and IT requirements for customer systems, including Oracle APEX-based applications Gather, analyze, and document Government requirements to support application design, enhancement, and sustainment efforts Develop and interpret user stories and functional requirements Collaborate with developers and technical teams to translate business needs into functional application requirements Provide staff support including gathering, organizing, storing, and analyzing large volumes of information and best practices Advise on opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and streamline development and deployment processes Gather and organize information on process gaps, system issues, and procedural improvements Analyze expenditures, invoices, labor, and resource utilization to support project planning and reporting Develop solutions or identify alternative practices to improve development, deployment, and sustainment workflows Create reports and presentations with recommendations for contractor management and Government leadership Work closely with managers and technical teams to ensure proposed changes are implemented and effective Support all phases of solutions from analysis and design through implementation and operational support Minimum Requirements Active Secret Clearance 7+ years of experience performing management analyst, business analyst, or equivalent functions Experience supporting IT or application development projects, preferably in low-code or web-based application environments (e.g., Oracle APEX) Ability to review technical requirements and assess resource needs in alignment with master schedules and delivery plans Proven experience planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting complex IT projects and programs Experience performing planned vs. actual budget analysis for labor and material costs Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project tracking or workflow tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and long-term impacts of decisions Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to develop logical conclusions and recommendations Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with technical teams and Government stakeholders Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across organizations Continental travel may be required Strong problem-solving, communication, analytical, and time-management skills More Information Requirements of position: Think analytically, effective verbal and written communication skills, make decisions, observe/remember details, interpret data, concentrate on tasks, adjust to change, handle stress/emotions.
