Description HELIOS is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Analyst to join our team in supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical research and development, testing, evaluation, engineering, and fleet support activities for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex projects within NSWCPD Code 60, which is responsible for the Compatibility Test Facility, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that support national defense. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive management analysis and support for projects within NSWCPD Code 60, focusing on the Compatibility Test Facility. - Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. - Analyze project data, prepare reports, and develop presentations for stakeholders and leadership. - Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes. - Collaborate with engineering, testing, and fleet support teams to facilitate project execution and problem resolution. - Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. This is position is contingent on contract award. Veterans receive hiring preference. Requirements The following are the minimum requirements for this position: Possess a current, active SECRET Clearance Experience working with and handling U-NNPI Information. Must be a U.S. Citizen Bachelor's degree in a Business field from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of experience collecting, reviewing, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government. Experience managing and/or organizing records or documentation and managing configuration of documentation. Experience with scheduling and coordinating meetings. Strong written and communication skills.
