The Position

SENIOR MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Duration: 18-months contract

Responsibilities

What Makes This Role Unique?

  • High Impact: You’ll manage real relationships with patient partners, support strategic initiatives, and influence how we engage with patients across Canada.
  • Dynamic Scope: With responsibilities across Patient Inclusivity, Corporate Communications, and Access, no two days are the same. You’ll gain a diverse range of experience while making a tangible difference

In this role, you will also:

  • Lead/Support the planning of divisional meetings.
  • Project manage requests on Optimy.
  • Support contract follow-up, global visits, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and the onboarding of new members of our Patient Co-Creation Council.
  • Support the rollout of our Patient Inclusivity Strategy and “Dessert & Discovery” events.
  • Manage contracts, track hours, and ensure smooth operations for all patient partners.
  • Assist with chapter meeting planning, communications, and strategic projects related to health policy and access
