Qualifications Essential requirements At least five years of experience within management consulting, internal consulting roles, or similar positions. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent writing skills as well as presentation skills. A strong interest in and passion for business transformation, process improvement, or agile ways of working. A desire to develop PA’s internal Agile capability, alongside delivering high-quality work with our clients. We are looking for a variety of profiles, and if you have experience with one or more of the below it would be a plus, although not a requirement: Working in or supporting agile teams. Working with product management, for example as product owner responsible for managing a product end-to-end and/or experience with supporting an organisation move from a project to a product-focused approach, introducing design thinking practices into teams etc. An understanding of lean portfolio management (LPM), incl. hands-on experience implementing different portfolio management practices like prioritisation, capacity management, OKRs, funding etc. Experience deploying business change techniques resulting in sustainable changes to behaviours and mindsets across organisational levels.
