Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Responsible for overseeing and managing all planning activities at the Advanced Optics site in Binh Duong, Vietnam. This role includes building and developing a high-performing planning team to ensure excellent customer service, while maximizing planning efficiency and optimizing inventory levels. Education & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree is at least in relevant major, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, business, finance or economic related field * 10+ years of working experience in the field of planning and inventory control in manufacturing companies with 5+ years managerial/leadership experience * Experience in related industries such as optical component manufacturing, optics, or similar fields involving multi-step assembly processes is strongly preferred. * Master planning skill for both master and detail production plan * Experienced in Planning of multi processes and BOM levels products in both manual and machine. Skills * Good at Computer skills, MS office. * Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Must be able to confidently lead cross-functional meetings, communicate with global stakeholders, present plans and updates, and facilitate effective discussions to drive alignment and decision-making. * Ability to communicate Chinese is a big advantage. * Strong knowledge of production planning software and ERP systems (e.g. Epicor, Oracle). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus. * Customer focus mindset * Planning and organizing * Teamwork & conflict management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
