Job Description Key Responsibilities: Market Growth & Revenue Delivery: Drive Visa’s sales strategy and deliver revenue and payment volume targets Build manage and convert a strong commercial pipeline Lead growth initiatives that expand Visa’s portfolio Strategic Account Leadership: Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives at banks fintech's MNOs and ecosystem partners Lead structured business reviews and solution planning Identify strategic opportunities aligned to client needs Contracting & Deal Structuring: Lead commercial negotiations including pricing incentives and partnership agreements Explain and negotiate critical contract terms Ecosystem Engagement & Thought Leadership: Represent Visa in external forums and regulatory engagements. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product MS&A VAS Marketing Risk and Government Engagement Lead initiatives end-to-end from idea to post-launch for MSA within the assigned markets This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required advanced degree preferred 8+ years in sales business development or account management Payment's banking or fintech experience preferred Strong negotiation and executive engagement skills Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
