Delivering measurable results Job Description This hybrid role combines administration and technical leadership for Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning. The position ensures system integrity, optimizes consolidation and planning processes, manages integrations with Datawarehouse and ERP’s, and drives automation and reporting improvements across both platforms. Key Responsibilities: Adaptive Planning Responsibilities: Configure Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes. Manage Data Agent and integrations with ERP/EDW. Design, configure, and maintain dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions. Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; triage and resolve load exceptions. Build advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies. Develop & Support HTML and OfficeConnect reports and dashboards. Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive. Coordinate with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; document interfaces and SLAs. Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); manage versions, locks, and workflow. Drive tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences. Create/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; lead user enablement and office hours. Provide training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support. FCCS Responsibilities: Maintain FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules. Oversee close cycles; validate data loads; troubleshoot variances. Configure Data Management workflows and mappings. Develop Smart View reports and support statutory reporting. Automate tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs. Technical Competencies: Adaptive Data Agent configuration and secure data pipelines. Advanced Data Management setup and troubleshooting. Performance tuning for FCCS and Adaptive models. Qualifications Qualifications Professionally qualified CA or CMA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. 7+ years’ experience with Adaptive Planning config & Administration & FCCS/Hyperion Administration Strong understanding of financial consolidation and planning principles. Hands-on experience with integrations, automation, and reporting tools. Additional Information Preferred Skills: Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) & FCCS (Hyperion in the cloud) Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit requirements. Ability to manage technical projects and coordinate across Finance and IT teams. Success Metrics: On-time close and forecast cycles with zero critical system errors. Automated processes reducing manual effort by X%. High user satisfaction scores. Compliance with audit and security standards.
