The Opportunity: Agoda is excited to invite a talented and driven professional to join our Media Solutions team, representing the broader Booking Holdings Inc. (BHI) family including Agoda, Booking.com, and Priceline across the APAC region. In this role, you will help manage and optimize BHI’s media solutions by maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of partners in the travel and hospitality industry. As a key member of our team, you will empower brands, hotels, airlines, tourism organizations, and other partners to boost their visibility, attract new customers, and drive business growth through innovative media solutions. These include display and native ads, branded landing pages, on-site and off-site retargeting, creative content, and more, leveraging the reach and influence of some of the world’s most recognized travel brands. In this Role, You’ll Get To: Manage a portfolio of onboarded partners, acting as a key point of contact for campaign execution, performance and optimization. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands, hotels, airlines, tourism organizations, and other relevant sectors. Oversee the implementation, performance and reporting metrics of media solutions and advertising products across Agoda and the BHI Ads network. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BHI teams, legal, government affairs, local country teams, marketing, finance, and product) to ensure successful partnership management. Evaluate the effectiveness of partner campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to drive additional investment, improve outcomes and long-term collaboration. Work closely with central business development teams and operations team to develop best practices for account management, reporting and renewals for the existing and newly onboarded clients. Prepare presentations and reports to track account performance and partnership success. Participate in and lead regular meetings to share updates and insights with stakeholders. Collaborate with business development and operations team to ensure smooth handover, accurate campaign set up and timely delivery. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Proven track record in account management and managing high-value portfolios in digital media and advertising (4+ years’ experience required). Fluency in English (verbal & written); proficiency in other Asian languages is a strong advantage. Strong network among decision-makers in the travel, hospitality, and media sectors. Ability to tell compelling stories using data and insights. Experience creating clear, accessible data visualizations for clients. Strong B2B negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent partner management abilities, with a history of influencing both internal and external stakeholders and adapting messaging to regional and cultural nuances. Proactive approach to anticipating and managing partner needs. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, experience with Salesforce preferred. Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads, and other major ad/media platforms is a plus. Preferred skills: Adtech, programmatic background, familiarity with DSP/SSP platforms, working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for dashboard automation is a strong plus.
