  • The roleWorking closely with the Founder, you will:Manage and grow an established portfolio of business clients.
  • Provide accounting, taxation, compliance and practical business advisory support.
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted adviser to clients.
  • Take ownership of portfolio revenue, WIP, recoverability and profitability.
  • Identify and convert opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Develop new business through referrals, professional networks and prospective clients.
  • Work alongside our marketing specialist on lead generation and growth initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice. 


  • About youYou will bring:CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Significant Australian public practice accounting experience.
  • Strong Australian taxation and accounting knowledge.
  • Experience managing client relationships and a portfolio of business clients.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to provide practical advice to business owners.
  • Experience growing client relationships and generating additional revenue.
  • Confidence developing new client and referral relationships.
  • The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
