Description
Within the Financial Statements & Reporting department, you will report to the Head of South West Europe division. You will be in charge of the accounting and reporting of a portfolio of Real Estate entities, for which we produce quarterly accounts under Local and IFRS standards. Key Responsibilities Monitoring and managing, within a dedicated team, a portfolio of 15 to 20 entities (investments: buildings, funds). Preparing financial statements and reports under IFRS / Local GAAP / Solvency II. Ensuring compliance with quarterly and annual reporting deadlines set by Allianz SE Group. Steering, controlling, and ensuring the quality of work provided by local and/or foreign external service providers. Performing controls to comply with internal accounting control rules. Responding to internal and external requests (auditors, shareholders, Allianz Group departments). Participating in IT projects, process improvements, and implementation of new accounting rules and schemes. Key Requirements BAC+5 (Master CCA/DSCG or equivalent) with initial experience in the accounting department of an international group or audit firm. Solid knowledge of French accounting standards (PCG/PCA) and IFRS, complemented by French company law. Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP FI, SAP ECCS, and MS Office. Very good level of English, enabling active participation in English-language conversations. Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
