We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our Accounts Department, overseeing financial reporting, client portfolio management, and team performance to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA qualification preferred.
  • 8+ years’ accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of SFRS, corporate taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management abilities.
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate services firm is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Accounts Department, including accountants and support staff.
  • Oversee preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and other statutory reports for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS requirements.
  • Manage client relationships and resolve escalated accounting/tax issues.
  • Review and approve work prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for the team.
  • Work closely with senior management on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
