This role offers a clear pathway to a Director position within 2–3 years, evolving into a Regional Lead responsible for driving growth and transformation across the area.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in practice.
Experience: Proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading service delivery across audit, accounts, and advisory.
Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and influencing teams and clients.
Ambition: Motivated to progress to a Director-level role and drive regional growth.
Regional Insight: Understanding of the North West economy and professional landscape is advantageous.
