Description
Oversee PTP operations ensuring timely and accurate invoice bookings in line with SLA. Manage GRIR reporting and ensure actions are taken as per policy. Lead the Travel & Expense (T&E) process and resolve queries from local markets. Ensure timely completion of team activities and month-end procedures including balance sheet analysis. Deliver KPI reporting and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets. Provide first-time-right resolutions to queries from FinOps, business units, and vendors. Identify and mitigate risks in upstream/downstream processes. Drive continuous improvement by identifying control weaknesses and inefficiencies. Analyse open items and provide insights through Power BI dashboards. Collaborate across functions to support system changes and process effectiveness. Process optimisation and risk management in PTP operations. A commerce graduate with 10-15 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes. Proven expertise in PTP accounting within a shared services and multinational environment. Strong knowledge of SAP and accounting activities including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 10-15 direct reports. Ability to work in a matrix structure and influence across functions. Analytical mindset with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity. Optional: German language proficiency.
