Job Title Senior Manager - Admin Reporting To GM  Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level     Job Objective   The Senior Manager – Administration is responsible for overseeing and managing the organisation’s administrative functions, facilities management, vendor management, and workplace operations to ensure seamless business continuity. This role focuses on optimising administrative processes, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and providing a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities     Responsibilities KPIs 1) Administration & Facility Management * Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across office locations. * Manage facility services including housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance. * Ensure proper utilisation and upkeep of office infrastructure, utilities, and assets.   2) Vendor & Contract Management * Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for administrative services. * Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost efficiency. 3) Budgeting & Cost Control * Prepare and manage administration budgets. * Monitor expenses and implement cost optimisation initiatives. * Ensure adherence to financial guidelines and approval processes. 4) Compliance & Risk Management * Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to facilities, safety, and administration. * Implement health, safety, and environmental policies. SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS   Education Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field Experience 10–15 years of experience in administration / facility management. Competencies CORE COMPETENCIES LEADERSHIP/ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES * Strong leadership and people management skills * Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities * Experience in multi-location administration * Strong project management skills
